I spend all day teaching people how to move/workout in a safe and effective manner. Movement is habitual, not optimal. You would be surprised how injuries in the past have contributed to compensations you may have now. I'm always happy to teach people about it because it's very important so you could definitely get some information out of me if you were interested.
