Hi, I am 25 years old, I come from France and I am new on couchsurfing. I have just finished my business studies and I decided to takes a gap year with my sister to travel around Asia. This travel is for me the opportunity to open my mind to new cultures and people but also to go over my limits and it led us to cycle all along the Mekong river from Laos to Vietnam, to buy motorbike in Vietnam, to kayak to Luang Prabang, to go through India from south to north by motorbike, to ride horses in Kyrgyzstan, to climb up to 5200 meters, to hitchhike through the huge Taklamakan desert in China etc. that was awesome! Now we separated, she is going to Turkey and I am cycling through baltic countries and eastern Europe to come back to France :)

To meet local people of course! I am very interested in learning how you live, how you see your country and your city. And I am always glad to talk about French culture too!

My favorite movie is Fanfan la Tulipe, a French movie I was watching over and over when I was kid and which I still find very inspiring while growing up. I also love Thelma and Louise, Ô brother, Starbuck.... My favorite book is John Milton's de Paradise Lost: EPIC ! And also the tibetan book of Life and Death from Sogyal Rinpoche Concerning music, I mostly listen to 60s rock, old songs in general, electro, jazz and also commercial music haha
我做过的一件令人惊叹的事
This current trip :) I did the Danube river (3000 km) and the Mekong river (2200 km) by bicycle with my sister! And I drove alone on 5500 km through out India on motorbike. For me, cycling is the best way to travel.

I love cinema as well as editing videos, and I make some educational short videos about the history of countries we cross so if you are interested in it, I can tell you some great (or less great) stories about Asian countries ;) I also like running, playing tennis and playing soccer even though I'm really bad at it.
