My current goal is to see all 50 states in the next 3 years. I'm halfway there! I'm passionate about learning old-school skills. I enjoy blacksmithing, violin, painting, and crafting herbal remedies. I'm also a fermentation amateur, having dabbled in mead and kombucha.

I love hearing about the local spots I'd never find on my own, and exploring weird local history using atlas obscura. It's amazing how a few weeks of travel can change your perspective on the world. I've met people who've truly changed my life, and experienced things I never could have without staying in hostels and on couches.
