CURRENT MISSION Love Life, each and every way each and every day ABOUT ME Sam now come complete with a beard... :o - I don't know about you, but I never would have guessed it would happen this way :) I am simply a man... who is passionate about his job, his hobbies, his family and friends. Have explored a lot of Tasmania and now it is time for me to branch out to the rest of the world! Next stop Germany in 2015! I love meeting new people and sharing my Tasmanian experiences! I have befriended many backpackers and taken them to places that really reflect Tasmania's greatest treasures (in my opinion). I thoroughly enjoy working with my hands and being outdoors playing sport, particularly water sports! PHILOSOPHY Getting lost is the best way to explore; All experiences are marvellous, at the least they are good learning experiences; Don't hesitate, if you do you will miss it... Everything builds personality; If you can do it yourself, DO IT!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I just love meeting people, showing them around my beautiful state, and sharing experiences! I love to show travelers the 'hidden gems' of my state! I am happy to put as many people up as I can, but prefer one group at a time:- I try and make people as comfortable as possible! I try to organise events with locals from all over the state, I am all for a large intertwined loving network!! I love being able to meet up with my couchsurfers later on in life and see how things progressed for them! I will do my utmost best to be an exceptional CS host and I'd greatly appreciate my surfers come and stay because they are interested in me. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I love crazy couch requests!!! I love the idea of couchsurfing and I know many people who enjoy it :) The best part of couch surfing is being able to meet new people and share my Tasmanian experiences. I have hosted many people, and met up with many people. We have partied together, spent time traveling Tassie together! I have traveled with CSers around Australia and NZ and soon plan on going to Europe! Friendships I will definitely keep! I look forward to catching up with everyone again on my travels, even if they are not able to offer me a couch! :)
