Hi!! I'm Samantha and I'm 22 years old. Currently I'm travelling New Zealand and before that I travelled Thailand for a month. I'm working as a hairdresser for 5 years now. After I've travelled New Zealand for 2 months I'll fly to Australia and travel the east cost for about 4 to 6 weeks ( It depends on how much I like it haha!).

我为什么使用Couchsurfing
Because I want to know how people live in this country, because you don't learn the real New Zealand or the real Australia by staying in hostels all the time. And yes, travelling is expensive so couchsurfing is a great way to learn more about the culture/country and spend les money!

I'm a Christian, so I love gospel music. But I also like soft rock, country, folk and a bit of pop music! And to be honest I like a lot of movies, unless the are really rude. I didn't read that much until a couple of months ago, but then I started to read some Dutch books and I really enjoyed that! I also want to learn more about The Bible. As you know it's a really thick book, so that'll take some time haha.

I've done some volunteering in Thailand. We took care of mistreated elephants and a lot of other animals. It is amazing that you can help an animal that has been so mistreated. Maybe I could add skydiving to this list, but we'll see in a couple of weeks ...

I love nature (obviously, cause I'm travelling). So spending time with animals while being in the natural environment is the best thing I can think of! And with people of course haha.
