I´m a theater guy who travels round the world for my profession (taking courses and moving my work), and I try to travel at least once a year. Sadly, my budget isn´t huge, so I try to backpack and search for the less expensive options.

I love many kinds of music: The magnetic fields, Sufjan Stevens, Cafe Tacvba, Caetano Veloso, Fito Paez, Charly García, Chabuca Granda, Madonna, Buena Vista Social Club, Rubén Blades, Pink Floyd, Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Os Mutantes, and I could go on and on :) Love the theater work by Yuyachkani (Peru), Malayerba (Ecuador), Panaceia Delirante (Brasil), Lume Teatro (Brasil), Timbre 4 (Argentina), Daniel Veronese (Argentina), Bertolt Brecht (Germany), La Candelaria (Colombia), a lot of stuff from Broadway, Tennessee Williams (USA)... Films: Many, Loved Birdman and Boyhood. Some of my favorites: American Beauty, Relatos Salvajes, everything by Almodovar, (500) days of Summer, The darjeeling limited, The royal tenenbaums, Fantastic mr. Fox, Meet the Fuckers, Batalla en el cielo, Luz silenciosa, La boca del lobo, and a long etc. Books: Many, many, many. Los detectives salvajes (Roberto Bolaño), La casa de cartón (Martín Adán), everything by Murakami, Rayuela (Julio Cortazar), Harry Potter (J.K. Rowling), and everything about theater.
我做过的一件令人惊叹的事
Being able to do my own theater without much money, and travel with it around the world. Maybe my favorite thing is being part of Projeto Fronteiras, a bilingual play with four playwrighters (including me) and 12 actors (including me) from 6 different countries, made in Quito, Ecuador, with Arístides Vargas and Teatro Malayerba. The play started in the street and went for a whole house with three floors. Then we did it in Manta, Ecuador, and now we are taking it to Bahia.

I love theater, specially writing and acting. I also make a living teaching philosophy and humanities at University and High School. I can teach anything related to it, and learn from everything. But I think that just the fact that people meet is the greatest teaching of it all.

Apart from taking care of my expenses, I can cook. A variety of pastas and peruvian food, in its original versions, in my personal versions, or vegetarian. I can offer a good conversation, the best of the vibes, and my collection of music to sing along, or chat with it on the background.
