It all started as a way to cut costs. I was planning a trip to Europe and wanted to save as much as possible, so I thought about finding a free place to stay. However, to get my request approved, I needed to have at least a couple of references. So, I decided to host a few guests, and that’s when everything took off. I embraced the philosophy of couchsurfing. I really enjoyed hosting guests, listening to their fascinating stories, cooking and eating together, joking around, sharing a room, and more.
