I am an investment banking analyst (won't blame you if you make a face; I would too) who lives from weekend to weekend in a busy but beautiful city called Mumbai. I love reading. I enjoy writing short stories with Mumbai as my muse. Languages fascinate me and I'm currently trying to gain fluency in Japanese! Also, I long to make cheese in quaint French village at the foot of the Alps (blame Heidi for such ideas).

我为什么使用Couchsurfing
For the last few years, I've only made hypothetical plans of travelling the world (first Barcelona, then Turkey, perhaps Australia and London even). Perhaps I was too nervous to take the first step (I've a diary titled "Diary of a Travel Designer" though), but after a lot of pondering over how fast time's running by, I'm here finally - to hop, skip and jump around the world, to waltz with the locals, and to walk their walk - on a budget, of course! :D

我做过的一件令人惊叹的事
I went on a winter trek to the Himalayas (Kedarkantha summit at 12,500 ft) in knee deep snow and freezing (-13 degrees celsius) insides (I'm not too tolerant to the cold weather). It is by far the most adventurers and arduous thing I've done.
教学、学习、分享
Teach: Tidbits of Indian culture and give a crash course on a handful of Indian languages (well, I can speak 3)! Learn: The Parisian "R", master (my understanding of) the British accent, more about cheeses, and Roman and Greek mythology .
我能与房东分享的
I can share an Indian perspective on things, a little bit of Indian cuisine (little bit for there's innumerable variations within this country) and (what I believe to be) a jolly company!
