I'm 30 and I'm glad that I'm learning that I allways have a choise... It's not so easy, but i'ts so powerful that we all have the power in us and that's up to me if I use it to create or to destroy! Laugh, dance, live! I like to have fun, it can't always be seriously! Finding the balance is an interesting exercise! :)
