Hiya, I am Sophia. I am 19 years old, and live in a wine region in South Australia. I am passionate about health, fitness, adventure, the outdoors, writing and blogging. I'm on couch surfing because I think it's an amazing idea to meet the locals of an area that I'm travelling in. I think that meeting those people makes your travelling experience much more rich.

My favourite bands are The Avalanches, The xx and Panic! At the Disco. My all time favourite movie is Inception, followed by any of the Marvel comic movies. Favourite book would easily be The Book Thief by Markus Zusak
