Hi there, my name is Sophia and I am a 23-year-old student from Dresden. I am studying International Relations in my final semester and aside from my studies I am engaged in AEGEE (International Students Forum), Amnesty International and tons of other things. In the evening I enjoy hanging out with my friends, going to the movies or visit theater and musical performances. I also have a good time reading, baking and singing along to the radio while I do chores. Oh, and I'm a HUGE Potterhead who also play boardgames - nerd alert^^ I love to travel whenever I can and also like showing my city to visitors.

I have a big interest in other people, their culture and opinions and Couchsurfing is a chance to meet open-minded fellows from all over the world. There are several: - I went to the USA for an exchange year and it really helped me to develop myself and become the person I am today. That year taught me all kinds of lessons! - I recently flew in a hot air balloon over Cappadocia, Turkey. That was beautiful! - I spent four days in the Red Center around Uluru in Australia, sleeping under the stars and enjoying the beauty and calm of nature.
