I am.. ..an open-minded man, interested in other cultures, languages and interesting places. I am originally from Rostock, former East Germany. I have a son, am divorced and working and living in Munich, Germany. I love the following locations: - Karlsbad/Marienbad (because my father was born in Karlsbad and I traveled this area basically every year during my whole childhood and I want to travel there again this year or some time next year. There also a lot of other cool places but for me - that is the coolest one. My offer: If you wish to visit Munich I can also offer you a room / accommodation in a flat in Munich. Gender or age are not important to me. One option could be that we exchange our rooms (Munich/Karlsbad) at the same time. We can also share our rooms in the usual way, that means that the host would be in his home during the stay of the guest. I'm actually living in the nicest part of Munich, (near the Isar River and also directly in the center of the city) and have a big, convenient room (as seen in photos) in a flat I share with a student. (66,6 qm, 2 living rooms, kitchen, bathroom, balcony) Of course, you can also use the kitchen and the bathroom. The other tenant (the student) will probably be at home when you stay in Munich. I am looking for.. .. a place near the city of Karlsbad or Marienbad. I am very modest and absolutely happy with the smallest place. I have no car and usually travel by bus. I like hiking and the cultural wealth of that region and its nice surroundings. Therefore, I prefer traveling in summer, but I'd also be willing to travel during other seasons.
