CURRENT MISSION Learning how to make fruit wines (apple/grape) ABOUT ME I love science and history. I have written lots of science articles and work as a formulation scientist. I have made lots of different things in my career, all kinds of beverages (smoothies, energy drinks, protein weight loss shakes, tablets, capsules, etc.). Ive been learning about fermentation now & making my own wines (5 gallon batches), its fun.
