ABOUT ME I would say that I am friendly, a bit nerdy, and a foodie. Josh and I enjoy going to concerts, traveling, and cooking. Living close to Lake Michigan gives us the opportunity to use the near-by running path and beach. Both Evanston and Chicago attract excellent music acts and restaurants so we're easily entertained within our home town.

I'm couch surfing because I do a lot of business travel and given the opportunity to visit a location during personal travel and avoid staying in the standard box hotel room I would like to consider it. Staying in the same old format makes every city blur together while it can be comforting to know exactly what you're going to get when traveling for business, it creates a situation where you don't really remember the details of one city vs the other. For personal travel part of the goal is to create a lasting impression of your visit - something couch surfing delivers.
