I was born in the Netherlands, although I was raised in Quebec since I was five years old. I am now 21 and I study philosophy at Université Laval. In the field, I like french philosophy, contemporary continental philosophy and phenomenology. I also play music and like to learn about history. Je suis né aux Pays-Bas, mais j'ai grandi à Québec depuis que j'ai 5 ans. J'ai 21 ans, j'étudie en philosophie à l'Université Laval. Dans le domaine, je m'intéresse à la philosophie française, la philosophie contemporaine continentale et la phénoménologie. Je joue également de la musique et j'aime beaucoup en apprendre sur l'histoire.

我为什么使用Couchsurfing
I like the idea of couchsurfing because of the human aspect it adds to travel. It is more interesting (and cheaper!) to learn about the local culture that way. Correlatively, I enjoy hosting travelers visiting Quebec city. The exchange allways goes both ways! J'aime l'idée du couchsurfing pour l'aspect "humain" que ça ajoute au voyage. C'est beaucoup plus intéressant (et moins cher!) d'en apprendre sur la culture locale de cette manière. Corrélativement, j'aime recevoir des voyageurs de partout dans le monde qui visitent Québec. L'échange est toujours mutuellement bénéfique!
