TO HOST: Whenever I travel and am the guest always inspire me to host. I get this weird urge to do the same for people visiting the city in which I live (to offer guests the same hospitality [or better] that I've received from hosts). Hosting people and traveling is something I like to do and honestly, I have so much to give that I need an outlet or else I feel like I may explode! As it turns out, giving my time and energy to guests is a healthy outlet for me. So, yeah, hopefully you don't mind. I'm new on couchsurfing. Before couchsurfing.com, I used to host guests from other countries (mostly friends of friends) at my residence and now I want to keep doing the same. If for some reason I cannot host you, I can (if I have the time) meet up with you in Barcelonaand share with you all of the amazing food, views, interesting places, etc. TO COUCH SURF: It's nice to travel and meet people who live in a particular area. I like learning about the differences from one place to another. It helps me recognize social constructs and question my whole being and I really like that. I also like taking on new languages when I travel and putting them into practice.
