I am an youth worker/ sustainability expert in a few NGOs/ consultant agencies and from 2 years I have a foundation based in Varna, Bulgaria. I am trying to leave a positive mark behind me. :) I'm interested in many things. If we talk about sustainability some of them are: wastewater reuse, no-till agriculture, permaculture, industrial hemp, circular economy and nature-based solutions. I have an NGO. 音乐、电影与书籍
When it comes to music, I enjoy exploring different styles and genres. What I listen to really depends on my mood. I appreciate the uplifting, spiritual music of Petar Danov, especially the pieces featuring violin. I also like artists such as Iniko and Manu Chao. For Bulgarian music, I tend to prefer the alternative scene, with bands like Taraleshta (Таралеща) being among my favorites. As for books, I used to read much more before university. Once I started my studies, I had to focus on reading research papers and when started working I was writing projects, so I had less time for other types of reading. Generally, I enjoy fables and similar stories—those that are like fairy tales but teach valuable life lessons. When it comes to movies, I really enjoy the ones of Aamir Khan’s films, such as 3 Idiots, Dangal, and PK. Recently I also started watching a lot of Korean (like "Miss day and night") and Chinese series (historical dramas but not only). Forrest Gump is one of my all-time favorites—I’ve watched it more than 100 times! Cloud Atlas is another film from which I learned important life lessons, and Miracles from Heaven was so moving that it made me cry a lot. The only movies I tend to avoid are horror films, and the only music genre I don’t really listen to is heavy metal.
我做过的一件令人惊叹的事
I have volunteered in a lot of NGOs and I started my own with the goal to better the environment of my city and for development of young people. You can check our website here: https://ydsg.org/
我能与房东分享的
I can teach you some Bulgarian if you’re interested. I even have Bulgarian language notebooks that I used when I was giving lessons to foreigners, and I’d be happy to share them with you. I can also tell you more about the opportunities the European Union offers for young people, especially through programs like Erasmus+. I’ve participated in many Erasmus+ projects myself, and now my foundation partners in several of them, so I have plenty of insights to share. Of course, I’d love to show you around the city, share interesting facts, and take you to some hidden spots that most visitors don’t know about.
