Hello, I am Yolanda, from Spain. I have studied a degree of political science and I would like to get my specialization in the defense of human rights. This year i have decided not to continue with the typical process (bachelor, university degree, master) and i want to dedicate it to know myself trully in all aspects. My first stop is London. I will be there for three months working in a NGO : Children of the Mekong, focused on children in South Asia. My expectations for this period are really high so, Let´s start!

我为什么使用Couchsurfing
During my erasmus year in Poland, I was travelling around Europe with my friends. We decided to travel in a different way and we started to use couchsurfing. This kind of experiences allowed me to meet amazing people. They helped us without a reason just because we were young students who wanted to travel. This behaviour changed my view on almost everything. The last year, while i was living in a crazy flat for nine people, i decided to host people who wanted to visit Valencia. It was really nice!
我的兴趣
These last months i have been specially interested in refugees situation. I have been doing my internship in UNCHR and this summer i have been in Greece in a refugees camp for one month like a volunteer. The most important thing i have learnt in this period is that i didn´t do anything special going there and my real opportunity to change something is now, continue working from anywhere i am. In general, i am really interested in philosophy, sociology and antropology
