I think it is inspiring to meet people from all around the world and exchange your experiences. I have recently tried Couchsurfing while traveling with a friend of mine and it would not have been the same without the people we met. Since that time I have started hosting others, too, and it has been such a pleasure to open my home to travelers, learn from them, and share so many stories, talks, and laughs.

There is no one style of music I prefer over the others. Some of the music bands and musicians I love are Cocteau Twins, Siouxsie and the Banshees, The Cure, Iggy Pop, David Bowie, The Verve, Tame Impala, Beach House, Slowdive, Jeff Buckley, Nick Cave, Led Zeppelin, and Pink Floyd. I used to be mostly into the music from the '60s and '70s but since then I started enjoying electronics, pop, indie, and all sorts of stuff. I love watching and re-watching movies by Woody Allen, Wes Anderson, Jim Jarmusch, Richard Linklater, David Lynch, Alfred Hitchcock, and Krzysztof Kieslowski. I cannot say that I am not prone to watching a good TV show, too, especially, something original such as The Good Place. Reading is one of the ways I spend my spare time.
