Ancient sauna therapy (Latvian in all events and a special Lithuanian guest sauna master, Michael Besnier Jensen, the President of the Danish Sauna Association, also in the Aarhus events) ...And therapies and/or spiritual or ancient knowledge sessions that go especially well after the ultra-deep relaxation that follows a sauna therapy: B. Energy healing therapy based on Toltec teachings on recapitulation, ARUN meditation and reiki, complemented by crystal and acupressure magnetic therapy and Tibetan singing bowls. C. The following kinds of massage: Polynesian/lomi lomi, classic, hot stone, champi Indian head, sports, Swedish, Thai foot. D. Ancient shamanistic knowledge readings E. Participation in a kundalini yoga session The nature of the event is non-profit and carried out largely by voluntary efforts and the main objective is the promotion of international cultural exchange (in this case in matters of sauna) and accommodation is provided and organised within the CouchSurfing community according to its principles. Prices are accordingly very low and more comparable to Latvian prices because they are only meant to help cover costly international transportation costs, imported materials, accommodation and food expenses, and other inevitable event costs, as has been in the case of the aforementioned international events. We hope for this initiative to foster bonds of friendship between Latvians and Danes and for Danes to visit events in Estonia and Latvia, thereby deepening exchange and mutual learning.
