Pre-payment is required before you can attend. ⚠️ Set sail on a river cruise starting from Georgetown, where you’ll cruise the Potomac River on a floating tiki bar with great views, music, and drinks available for purchase onboard. This is a private charter with only Couchsurfers onboard. The cost is $55 per person which must be paid in advance (see below for payment details). Space is limited to 18 people so only those who pay early are guaranteed a spot. The cruise lasts about 1 hour and 45 minutes and is perfect for relaxing, socializing, and taking in DC’s iconic waterfront sights. This allows everyone to know that this event exists and must be pre-paid prior to the Couchcrash. 🙋🏾‍♀️ 2) After some time has passed and everyone knows this event is an option, I will make a post on the CS App, the Facebook Event, and in the WhatApp chat with a link to a sign up sheet for those who are ready to pre-pay the $55 to reserve a spot on the boat. Keep an eye out for my messages as sign up quickly. 👀 3) Due to the limited capacity, we can only have 18 total participants. This event will be first come first serve. Based on who signed up on the signup sheet first, I will directly message you with instructions for how to pre-pay the $55 prior to the event. The first 18 people to pay will have a guaranteed spot on the boat. If anyone pays but later cannot attend, please contact me ASAP so I can refund your money and your spot can be offered to the next person on the signup list.
