About

Host: Elizabeth Rosendorf - https://www.couchsurfing.com/people/lizballet Location: 13205 Okinawa Ave, Rockville, MD 20851 Map: https://maps.app.goo.gl/rj4xPFtn3Hd5oXBL8 Join us for a cozy Backyard Bonfire to connect with fellow CSers. There will be some food provided, but additional dishes and snacks are encouraged. This is a BYOB gathering; the host will have some wine available, but not much else, so please bring your own drinks. The nearest place to pick up beverages is Twinbrook Deli Beer and Wine (https://maps.app.goo.gl/vPNjqWunAhuc2Fi27), about a 10-minute walk from the venue. There are also several restaurants in the same shopping area for dine-in or takeout options. We will spend most of the time outside around the fire. Guests are welcome to use the first floor of the house; however, the upstairs is private. Seating is limited, so if you have a camp chair, please consider bringing one. The evening will wrap up around 12:30 am, as the host has an early flight the next day. Guests are welcome to stay overnight, but please let the host know in advance so arrangements can be made. Those staying the night may sleep in, make breakfast, and leave later in the morning, even after the host has departed. Some local friends, possibly with children, may stop by earlier in the evening.
