Hi there, This is Billy from Tainan. I’m also the bilingual (Mandarin/English) tour guide of the 2026 Taiwan Lantern Festival in Chiayi. (March/3-15) In addition to the arranged tours for the VIP guests from the government, I’d like to offer a free walking tour for the CSers.
