60min Vinyasa Yoga Class

Hi all, I would like to invite you to a 60min Vinyasa Yoga Class. I will prepare a class specially for us to enjoy the evening and witness some of the first few rays of Sun, on this lovely Saturday morning. This practice welcomes all levels. During the session I’ll be providing guidance so you can adjust and improve your practice based on your level and most importantly, enjoying the journey 🙌🏽 For those coffee lovers, we can gather at my fav local coffee shop after the session happy to discuss your Yoga journey, anything you wanna share with us or need guidance with.
