Celebration of Life for World Traveller

I'm very sorry but I didn't postpone this event yesterday so I now need to redo it. This is a ceremony to celebrate the life of my mother, an adventure traveller, who throughout her life lived and travelled in around 80 countries on every continent. I plan to have a live band in which I'll sing lead, and show slides and afterwards we could go out to celebrate in some way. I've just found someone to lead the ceremony, so that is now solved. I've just to find musicians now. Since my mother and I are Australian and have been each other's only family in Canada, and since I've been living abroad and don't know so many people here, we'd be very glad of everyone's support while I honour my mother. I can't really do it alone with the minister and that would not really honour my mother who was a very friendly and caring person. It won't be negative or depressing; the music is mostly upbeat and I'm trying for only a life celebration. There will be some slides showing our travels, and refreshments afterwards, and we can also get together if we'd like and do something afterwards. Also, if anyone knows any musicians willing to volunteer, especially a keyboardist and/or guitarist, that would be very helpful. I myself will be singing lead.
