CS 🎭 Carnival in Maastricht Region 2024

[See detailed day-to-day program below] Keeping an old CS tradition alive, we'll again be organizing a multi-day event to celebrate Carnival (Vastelaovend) in and around Maastricht! Daily carnival dresscode: on Saturday dressing up in costume is recommended, and from Sunday (the official start of carnival) till Tuesday it is strongly recommended: Maastricht loves colorful and exuberant carnival costumes! Below is our current program, including meeting points and locations. We'll post updates in case of any changes. Friday 9 February (Civil Servants' Carnival Pub Crawl) Join from: 20:11: Café la Clé @ Kesselskade 60 21:33: Café Jour de Fête @ Markt 32 22:11 till late: proceeding to other bars, message us for location Saturday 10 February (Big pre-carnival in Echt & Maastricht) 12:11-12:33: Meet outside Maastricht CS train station 12:40 Train to Echt, arrive 13:17 [Optional side trip to Maria-Hoop village 7km away from Echt, for a parade starting at 14:11.
