Hey! Enjoying the great season starting at Borken this year?? The season of Bierbörse has started! Let's enjoy the nature near Borken and then drink beer! This time I'm proposing a hike at Borken, which is a city near the border to the Netherlands. And May 10 is a public holiday so it's a great opportunity to go hiking! The plan is quite simple: we'll see each other in front of the main entrance of Düsseldorf Hbf at 11:15. Then we'll take the RE that leaves from platform 10 at 11:36. This train arrives at Essen Hbf at 12:10 and we'll change to the NordWestBahn that leaves from platform 8 at 12:31. This train will arrive at Borken at 13:27 and we directly start hiking. Easy, right? If you come from a different city, feel free to join us wherever you want. It's within the VRR region so if you have a semester ticket/ticket 2000/young ticket PLUS, you can travel there for free. And even if you don't, it's very likely that you can travel for free with us. You do not have to sign up here to participate, but it might be important to let us know if you want to join us because I will send my phone number to the participants in the previous evening and create a WhatsApp group. Even if you sign up but decide not to come in the end, you can simply take French leave and you do not have to apologize for that. Of course, you can simply decide in the last moment and turn up in time.
