✨ Temazcal – A Natural Reset for Body & Mind ✨ Experience a traditional Mexican temazcal, a natural steam bath designed to relax the body, release tension, and help you reconnect with yourself. It takes place inside a dome-shaped structure, where heated volcanic stones are placed at the center. Water infused with medicinal herbs is poured over them, creating an intense steam that fills the entire space. As the heat rises, your body begins to sweat, helping to detox, relax muscles, and calm the mind. The experience is guided in a simple and gentle way, allowing you to move at your own pace and feel safe at all times
