Travelers stuck in Dubai – Friday Hangout Looks like quite a few travelers unexpectedly ended up staying in Dubai longer than planned. So instead of waiting around at the airport or in hotels, let’s turn this into something fun and meet other travelers in the same situation. I’ll be at Karaz Restaurant (Dubai Mall), right in front of the Burj Khalifa, starting from 20:00. The plan is simple: • grab a drink • meet fellow travelers and expats • share travel stories • enjoy the Burj Khalifa light show Nothing formal, just a relaxed social meetup. I’ll arrive a bit early and stay around 2 hours, but people are free to come and go whenever they want. Location: Karaz Restaurant – Dubai Mall (Outdoor tables facing Burj Khalifa) Look for the guy organizing the event (that’s me ).
