Yoga & Picnic Event in Kalamis Park

Hi there! This is Ozlem yoga teacher living and teaching in Istanbul. Join me for a calm and grounding 45 minutes Yin Yoga. This session is open to ALL LEVELS and FREE. Whether you already practice or simply feel curious to try something new, you are very welcome. Please bring: • A yoga mat if you have one (a towel is also perfectly fine) • Comfortable clothes you can move and relax in • Water • Food & soft drinks If you have any injuries or health conditions, please let me know before the session so I can help you practice safely.
