Hey ! I'm Érin, using the priviledge of having some time to work/travel/live abroad, and to get to experience more of life :)

I'm easy going, and really value getting to understand how people operate, and what moves them. I usually get nice boost and energy from meeting people and getting to understand how they work. I just graduated in agriculture development project engineering, but my first love was litterature/humanities before focus problem took it a bit away from me (though I'm proud to say I finished a book recently for the first time in years ! - Okay I was in Ghana with no wifi so environement helped but still ! - )

I'm always down for a climbing session, (bad) music playing, go for a techno night, or write hand written letters in a park like an 18th century woman madly in love with John, currently doing his military service 🏇

Hey !

J'ai la chance de pouvoir voyager pas mal cette année (détails dans la section pourquoi je suis sur couchsurfing) notamment au Ghana, et en Allemagne.

Je viens de récupérer le papier en carton qui dit que je suis ingénieur an gestion de projet de développement et agriculture, mais mon premier amour c'était les lettres/sciences sociales, auxquelles je reviens un peu cette année, ou du moins j'essaye 😉

Plutôt active, j'ai pas mal la bougeote, et passe pas mal de temps dehors quand la météo le permet. De nature plutôt extravertie, ça m'énergise de rencontrer de nouvelles personnes et de partager des moments avec elles. (Donc l'inscription sur couchsurfing s'est avérée assez naturelle ☺️) il y a tellement de choses magnifiques à découvrir chez les autres, et maintenant que j'ai plus de temps pour moi, ça me fait plaisir d'en y dédier une partie pour justement découvrir de nouveau visages et chemins de vie !

Au plaisir de se rencontrer bientôt peut-être ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Edit : Adding stuff in at the top because gap year is over now 😭. So I'm spending time in Montpellier mostly for the next six months, which means I will be able to host a little between my weekend trips 🤘 More details coming soon (I'm moving in thursday it's a bit chaotic still) ~

As said before, I'm taking a gap year at the moment, and my different jobs/ volunteering opportunities allow me the priviledge to travel, accordingly, I want to take the chance to meet kind and colorful people along the way, as well as experiencing the places deeper, as you always do if you make an effort to meet the locals. I can give a lot of enthusiasm (and food recipes) to others and generaly I do invest myself in the connection I'm making, whatever that may look like depending on the people

(Also, in all honesty, as I have the priviledge to travel, but not the priviledge to be a mutlimillionaire, using couchsurfing is also obviously a wonderful way to save up on my journey, as I can add more steps to the trips and take my train/buses when prices are the most financially welcoming)

Dans le cadre de mes études, je fais en ce moment une année de césure, qui m'amène à voyager cette année au ghana, en Allemagne et en Irlande, et comme je suis pas concernée par l'impôt sur la fortune, je ferai souvent des haltes sur mes trajet dans différentes villes parce que, en plus de permettre d'apprécier plus de découverte sur le trajet et d'être moins gourmand en énergie fossile, ça préserve aussi mes économies 🤗

Conséquement, je suis ouverte et super enthousiaste à l'idée d'allier ça à la rencontre de douces personnes qui ont la générosité d'accueillir des personnes chez elles, me voici donc ici !

Interests

Well I'm rather the bouncy type, and if I can do something active or outside, generally I will do just that haha. The sport I dedicate the most time to is climbing, because it really pushes you both mentally and physically, gives me the opportunity to be in outstandingly gorgeous places and finally is the most heartwarming sport community I've ever encountered as of now 🥰.

When I can I also do a Lil bit slackline, I think next September I would really like to start a highline project.

On the calmer side, I'm teaching myself to play the guitar, and I'm trying to watch more films

I'm discovering an interest in photography, I'd like to get better at it, so I was imagining that, once I buy a good camera, I could offer to take nice pictures of you 😉
