I work every day with deep focus a couple of hours (mainly in the morning) and I am always happy to walk somewhere or to meet nice people .

I never eat breakfast very early because I have energy without it and I never eat overnight before going to bed because it's bad for stomach and then it's difficult to fall asleep.
