Hello! I am a high school geography teacher, and I would love to welcome friendly and warm travelers to stay with my family.
I hope you have wide interests and can share stories about travel, food, culture and your life experiences. My English is basic and I’m still learning, so I hope you can be patient and help me practice daily spoken English.

I have a 10-year-old son who is also learning English. If you are comfortable, you could help him practice simple English too.

My wife and I both work on weekdays, so we can only host you on Friday afternoons or evenings. On Saturdays, I can show you around popular spots in Chongqing. In the evening, we can go to the supermarket to buy food and cook dinner together.
If you’d like to show us your cooking skills, I’d be happy to film it and post it on Douyin (TikTok) so more people can know you and your delicious food.

We cannot host on Sundays because my son has all-day tutoring.

We don’t have an extra bedroom, but there is a semi-open tatami area for you to sleep and rest. My parents also live with us – they don’t speak English, but they are very kind and welcoming.

I also have good experience hosting: in 2020, I hosted 7 couchsurfers from Canada, Australia, UK, France and other countries. We had great conversations and a really nice time together.
