I just came back to Warsaw, Poland after one year in Indonesia (again). Since 6 years my life is divided between Poland and Indonesia. Next month (August) I'm moving to London to begin new scientific adventure. CURRENT MISSION I've just became a part of the amazing project which will deal with orangutan conservation in Indonesia. I'm trying to master British-English accent, learn how to play ukulele, and follow meditation routine. In none of them I'm very successful at this point, but it's all about journey not the end, isn't it? Became more physically fit, as I'm going to do a lot of jungle trek next year. ABOUT ME Cheerful, friendly and easy going. I like to spent time with friends, get to know new people. Always devoted to what I do, curious about the world. I more listen than talk, but no, I'm not a shy person ;] - I just think that skill of listening is a hard one to encounter these days. To be happy I must be active. PHILOSOPHY Everything changes, nothing is fixed forever.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I have already hosted, surfed and traveled with others couchsurfers ;) COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I had an amazing CS experience in Indonesia, people are always friendly and willing to help here ;)I like when surfer and host give each other healthy balance of freedom and interest.
Music, Movies, and Books
I read as much as I can - mostly reportage, social science books. I like music of any kind as long as it has a pleasant melody.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Every moment when I exceed my personal limits is amazing for me ;] One of the best moments in Indonesia was climbing Rinjani Mountain on the Lombok Island. The most challenging experinece in my life so far, was a 10-days Vipassana meditation course.
Teach, Learn, Share
I was living on Sulawesi Island, in Manado for around two years and in Malang (Java) for one year, so I can share my information about the city, things to see around, as well as give you some insight into local cultures. Now I'm staying at my hometown - Warsaw, which I love very much. We can go around, I can take U to off-track places, explain about history of the city, and accompany you to many cultural events which are taking place in the city.
