About Me

I moved to US few years back for grad school and now I am working in Boston. Before grad school I lived and worked in london for sometime and really loved it as both the cities are very historic and beautiful.
While I was in london I travelled to France and Switzerland. It was so close from London now there is a giant pond in between Boston and Europe.

I have been travelling to different US cities and exploring the varied culture here. I love meeting new people and making friends, I have met so many amazing people during my travels.
I love reading books (read 50+ books last year) on variety of topics, watch movies (Comedy, Action, Horror, thrillers) and of-course travelling.

I am a health and fitness buff and always reading about ways to improve my workouts and diet. I am a vegetarian and have been on Keto diet (low carb for some time).
I am currently learning Salsa and practicing Yoga and rock climbing, In past I trained in Tae Kwon do but because of busy schedule have to stop.

I'm a certified yoga teacher. 200 hr training completed.

I really love meeting new people and that's why I love traveling.
CS is the best way to meet people from across the world from different cultures irrespective of whether I'm in my hometown or travelling myself.

Music, Movies, and Books

For my reading history https://www.goodreads.com/review/list/35023066?shelf=read
http://www.imdb.com/user/ur19635096/ratings

There are so many good books it will be difficult to name just one but if I absolutely have to name one book it would be Meditations by the Roman emperor Marcus Aurelius. This introduced me to Greek philosophy and then eventually leading me to chinese philosophy.

I watch a lot of Asian movies, big fan of Korean thrillers (Park Chan-wook's JSA, vengeance series big fan of Lee Byung-hun & Song Kang-ho) , japanese action and horror (big fan of Naruto tv show and manga, Takashi Miike and Akira Kurosawa), thai, chinese, french, italian and of-course hollywood. Basically I watch a lot of movies with subtitles!

Don't listen to a lot of music anymore mostly podcasts or Audiobooks during commute but when i do I am open to different type of music (except hard rock).
