what's a mission?

Yes, this is a free hug home. It's part of the experience. If you're put off by it, or think that it's anything other than a manifestation of friendship and contentment, then perhaps you shouldn't stay here.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted lots of people from lots of different countries, and continue to do so.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've done numerous apartment- and hospitality-swaps in several cities and have made new friends that way. I'm happy to open my home and just as happy to be welcomed into others. One of the better sides of internet is facilitating personal exchanges, be they artistic, intellectual, cultural or merely friendly, and couchsurfing is an excellent example of that way of seeing the world. I always respond to surfing requests, even if I have to say no!
However, however...my purpose in hosting is not to be a free hotel. If I receive a request that's obviously a copy-paste, the answer will be an automatic no. Same goes for "we arrive at midnight and leave the next morning at dawn". Not interested.
One last thing: my apartment is not an auxiliary office. It you need to work from your laptop for several hours, this is not the place, sorry.
