Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I want to see and learn so much about this big bad world. My fascination (borderline obsession) makes it tough to make the big bucks and so I travel on a budget. It's far better and more fulfilling staying with someone local, immersing yourself in the real day to day runnings of the place. What's the point in staying in a globally recognised hotel that's identical to the one in my own city?

I've taught in schools in Ireland, Haiti, Kenya and India at primary and secondary school levels and I tutor college geography. Eager beaver when it comes to learning and sharing knowledge about anything and everything!
