I don't expect, and won't accept, payment of any kind; even small gifts are unnecessary and not solicited, not even thank-you meals. That is how it should be. "Freeloaders" welcome. This cosmos does not run on entropy.

Here's how it works: you give me an arrival time the day before you arrive and I give you a place to stay. Arrival times same day for same-day requests. I will meet you in the plaza and show you the way to your room.

You get the keys to your own room with wide windows on both sides, facing the sun as it rises and sets. You get power and water most of the time, and whatever else is listed below. You will have a place to rest and restore and plan your trip ahead, cupped in the shelter of these breathing peaks.

Note: I am not in Cusco, I am in Ollantaytambo, 74 km, 1.5 hours, away.
Note: I have a lot of cats, plus strays, so if you are allergic, here is not for you.
Note: I awake at 4:40 am every morning so the latest I accept arrivals is 7:00 pm (1900 hrs)
When you're here, I go into privacy mode at 7pm. This doesn't affect what you do in your world

Recently somebody called me "rad." "Am I," I asked myself, "In every definitive and contingent intension of the term, rad?" Probably not. They're just generous souls. Maybe like "groovy." But there is no internal communication between your room and mine so not to worry.

The two motorcyclists trekking from Alaska to Tierra del Fuego were good company, and a blob of noneuclidean space/time circumscribed by orthogonal quasi-static wave/particle formations impermeable to wind, rain, snow, mechanical elves, and some of the smaller avians falls by formal social agreement under my control at intervals based on the lunar cycle in exchange for a fixed quantity of colorfully designed lozenges of cellulose pulp that I might otherwise have exchanged for soft white cheese just sits over there on the other side of that wall vacant but for a twin-size foam mattress, electric shower, and a few stored personal items, pulsating quietly. You could call it a room and you could stay dry and fairly warm there and nobody could see what you were doing, or, with a modicum of self-control, hear either. Neutrinos get in but most of them are friendly.

Translation: I have a small, spartan spare room for which I'm paying anyhow so I may as well make it available to trekkers.
