I am a doctoral student. I consider myself to be easygoing and love to meet new people and learn about new cultures. I love to travel and explore different ways of living so I can better relate to people.

I also love to collect tea cups in pairs from various countries, wines that are indigenous, whichever countries around the world, for my wine collection. Just so you know it, it's NOT mandatory! Only if you wish to bring me a token from your country, which I will cherish.

Caution- If you have a problem with my rules, kindly book another CS. Or spend your money on a hotel - Without questioning me.

Things you MUST honor:

1). Shower each night that you're staying with me and sharing my sleeping surface bath supplies are provided it you don't have.

2). The clothes you wear all day and sweat in / rode the nasty NYC subway in, PLEASE don't come to my bed in those garments CHANGE them!

3). Don't come into my bedroom with your OUTSIDE shoes!

4). Don't put any of my pillows between your LEGS! This is NOT your personal home or items. Remember where you are.

NB:

Our cultures may vary, so before I get mad at you or terminate your stay before time. Let me tell you what is expected beforehand so that we have an understanding.

Whenever when you accept and confirm your stay, you are accepting my house rules and accepting that if you don't abide by the rules, termination is evident then.
