**Currently traveling so I can't host you but I can share some tips, hit me up** Last time I did a break in my life, I was abroad for 4 years, now I hope it´s just for a few months, but... who knows! I am a Spaniard who is travelling around American continent. My first stop is Alaska, it was always my dream and I think it´s about time to become true :). After that, I´d like to go down from Colombia to Chile, going by Perú. I´m so excited! In my last trip, I spent 6 months travelling around Asia. I´ve been in Malaysia, Taiwan, India, Maldives and a few hours in Thailand. I'm going with the flow, so that means my plans change a lot. I always follow the tips of locals so maybe if they recommend that I go to another place instead of the place that I wanted to go to... I just change my plan. In 2016, I moved to the US to learn English and I was living there for 2 years. In Spain I was working in a human resources consultancy, and I quit my job to go to the U.S to learn English and work as nanny. Do you think I am crazy? Of course I am! But sometimes the crazy ideas, or better, bad ideas like I like to call it, are the best. I was not only learning a language, I was learning about life and ways to live. Life is short! After that, I moved to Australia on a W&H visa and I was travelling and working for 10 months. I could discover another awesome continent and meet people all over the world.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I started to use Couchsurfing with my friend Celia in 2016, when we were living in the US. I really love travelling and I don't like travelling the traditional way, going to the hotels, touristics places etc. because I like to meet new people and learn the culture, legends and histories that the natives can tell me, and at the same time, I can share with them my stories and teach them more about my home country and culture. When Celia and I started to use Couchsurfing we always travel with her profile, she has two. The recommendations in both included me. We took some road trips, Texas (awesome, I love Texas), Mississippi and Louisiana, Colorado and South Korea. We always had a pretty good experience on our trips. I added the profile of Celia if you want to check our recommendations: https://www.couchsurfing.com/people/celia-rio https://www.couchsurfing.com/people/schlumpfeblue In my second trip I was traveling with another friend, María, we spent 3 and half months around India and almost a month in Maldives. What an amazing experience! Her profile is https://www.couchsurfing.com/users/1001091945. All recommendations in india include me.
Music, Movies, and Books
I am learning English so I am trying to read and watch all the movies that I can, it's a good way to learn! My favorite type of movies are mobster and war movies: Goodfellas, Donnie Brasco, Miller's Crossing, Apocalipsis Now, Full Metal Jacket or Kelly's heroes. But I can't forget great series like Shameless US and Breaking Bad :). About music, I love Rock, well better classic rock and Spanish Hip Hop. Rock like Led Zeppelin, Guns N' Roses, Nirvana, Deep Purple... And I say Hip Hop from Spain because I need to understand it all... the words, expressions and the most important is the context. And now I am finding interest in country music too.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
I´ve driven in India I spent 4 months living in a tent when I was traveling around Australia I bought a car with a stranger I´ve swum with sharks I did scuba diving in Spain, Hawaii, Maldives, Andamans, South Africa, Great Barrier Reef, San Andrés I´ve seen a Cassowary I've did camping in the Amazonas
What I Can Share With Hosts
We can spend a great time together. I know each person is different but I like to know new people, and maybe at the end we can become friends (it has happened to me with other hosts before). Share experiences, food, traditions... I know how to cook, I can do tortilla española! Hehe. I can teach you some things in spanish also :).
