ABOUT ME

I am a people person. I enjoy learning about others and expanding my world by experiencing activities that the people around me are interested in. I have an OBSESSION with African culture and I feel wonderful when surrounded by Dancing, music and culture.
I am a wheelchair user who loves being involved any activities that get me TALKING to people about CULTURE. I enjoy listening to people tell me about the amazing things they have done in their lives. I am very kind hearted and well help out whenever I can.

PHILOSOPHY

My life works the way it does because I believe in being "team based" I ask for help from others when I need it and offer it when I am able. Everyone has unique qualities and talents . why not put these gifts to use to build a stronger community?

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I recently joined the Couch Surfing project therefore, I have not done much in the way of participation yet. I would like to attend some of the CS gatherings in Toronto so that I can meet new people and learn more about how it works.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I want to have my first couch surfing experience on the May 24 long weekend. Please send me a message if your place is wheelchair accessible and you are interested in hosting someone that weekend.

I am very interested in the African culture. I enjoy fashion, hair, makeup, shopping, music, social work, group activities that require people to work together to achieve something mutually beneficial such as cooking and eating a meal together, sharing stories, listening to music.

I don't feel like I have done anything amazing at this point in my life time. Although I am probably wrong and might come up with something to write about later.
