About Me

CURRENT MISSION

looking into myself and into the world

ABOUT ME

Me... Interested in so many things centered around communication, people, nature and ...making sense of it all.

I believe in the connected world. Inside of us and outside.

My passion of working as an interpreter on various personal growth workshops from NVC and mediation brought me back to this profession. Now I make my passion my work.

And I also love all things Jungian. Dreams, discoveries of ancient Eastern practices, fairy tales and archetypical stories.

I've been discovering the body as its own universe of sensing and knowing. This led me to learn Focusing from Gene Gendlin and Ann Weiser Cornell and begin to offer such sessions.

I love dreams. I've recorded them for years and 2 years ago I discovered the realm of dreams work tools and techniques.
I offer dream work through the body as a way of integrating those bits of us that are awaiting us round the corner, on the other side of the threshold.
Another passion is Zen Coaching as put together by a Norwegian teacher. Sensing the moment, being really here, allowing myself for what is. And acting in the world in alignment with my heart.

PHILOSOPHY

Be in peace with oneself.
Myself.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I sometimes like sharing my Warsaw flat with people. Many people have shared it in the past. Many stayed for one or two nights when on a travel from one end to the other. A proximity to both the airport and the city center makes it a great place.
A beautiful park with ponds and birds and a great hill with the view over the city give a much needed respite in the sometimes hectic city.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had a chance to get to know CS before Christmas visit to Lund. A CS fan showed me around Malmo one afternoon and I was so grateful to myself that I got in touch with this website . It was such a friendly and welcoming opening to the CS. And some other experiences followed.

Interests

I develop interests in mindful living and in meditation.

I used to love photography. I'm still enchanted and thrilled by beautiful compositions, images that humans or nature make.

I love jazz and a bit of everything in music. I like to sing ;) from time to time. If not under the shower, then in a group, or solo, if I muster the courage.

I appreciate good food when I have the inspiration to make it.

Music, Movies, and Books

My interests are changing now.
I used to be a culture vulture and used to know all about everything everywhere. Ask me what's in the papers today, and I'l have to seach the net to know what is happening out there.

I like to be close to myself.
In this way being closer to the world.

What I like reading these days are jungian authors: Marie-Louise von Franz, Ole Vetfeld and others.
... as well as books on plants and birds :)
intertwined with book on comparative religion and buddhism in particular.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

worked as a tour guide in the USA incl. Alaska (wow!)
in South America (Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador) and some European countries, the typical stuff ;).
I worked with most cultured American engineers and managers the world bears in the aviation sector.
I hate greedy travel companies I had an unfortunate occasion to have contact with or worked for.

I loved France most with all 30 odd places I led people to, in and around the country. I'd love to redo a loop like this with some good friends or relatives.
I'm still deaming of going round Britain like this.
And 6 months in Puna, India doing joga would be a great treat to myself.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm fascinated with various body/mind techniques such as Focusing / NVC and Brandon Bays' The Journey whom I interpreted in Poland.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Focusing sessions - a great self-connection approach for deep listening to one's needs and semi-conscious feelings.

Countries I’ve Visited

France, Peru, United Kingdom, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Poland
