Hi! I'm Aida from the Basque Country. A Northern soul who grew up on the coast, and therefore forever passionate for the sea. I'm currently happily living in The Netherlands, where I still struggle with the cold lunches and the early sunsets in winter.

I'm an artistic, creative and little weird mind, with a passion for arts, design, books and music, with always an idea or project going on in my head.

I'm a little bit of a dreamer, think everything is possible and things can just be made happen.

I'm easy-going, spontaneus and although I'm a planning ahead type of person, can also be imprevisive!

I'm constant, decided, always comitted to what I intend to do and cannot let an idea in my head unfinished.

I'm tolerant, open-minded, and see further than sex, gender or appearance estereotipes or conventions.

I'm amazed by all living things. I went vegetarian 4 years ago, pretty much when I realized animals were not food, and haven't considered otherwise ever since.

I like people with good stories, and people with passions and ambitions. People I can learn from, who make me curious about what they have to share and that motivate me to keep challenging myself.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

My main reason is to find people alike around me I can do stuff with.
I´d love to find people to meet up for:
---> Music concerts (see music interest below)
---> Techno parties
---> Creativity / Graphic design events, museum visits...
---> Summer plans like outdoor festivals, going surfing...

I also look for places to stay every now and then, since I started traveling around when I got here. And to find people along the way!

Interessen

My weekend plans can go from going by myself to a nice coffee place with my notebook to draw or read a book, to take a train and explore some new city, go out for dinner or end up at a house party, an underground bar or even a rave and go crazy all night.

My field is creativity, so I very much enjoy going to design or art events or talks or drop by a museum exposition

My passion is music and I attend all the music concerts I possibly can from all the bands playing around.

I've been to uncountable concerts on the music I listen to since I was around 15.
Festivals: Resurrection Fest (Galicia), Reading Festival (Reading, UK), Jera on Air (Eindhoven, Netherlands).

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Leave all I knew behind to search for the unknown. In other words, left my hometown for the pursuit of a complete life far away, where I've found myself happy.

Currently making my way in The Netherlands, which I don't have any intention to leave anytime soon.
