About Me

I'm crazy, in a good way.
I love nature, respect life and like those who respect it too.
After 5 years of living and traveling as a Digital Nomad, mainly in East and SE Asia, I'm looking to settle for a longer term in Tainan, TAIWAN. I live in a tiny place though and I cannot offer a space for stay :(

***** PHILOSOPHY *****

Just a tiny scratch:
Not doing to others what you would not like done to you is a great rule of thumb.
Money is like the "ecological energy exchange system" of our society, a tool and a mean to achieve ends, not the end itself. I live very small, own little and buy only what I really need. To experience life is the sweetest thing.

I don't have "a home where to go back to", home is here, now, and is in this Planet where I feel at home. Long ago I lost the bad habit.. if I ever had it.. of thinking on terms of "we, and they", "my race", my people", or worst of all: ""my country"". Culture is AWESOME, and pride is cool, but excessive nationalism kind of gives me the creeps. One Earth, One people, there is way too many of us walking on this Earth to keep indulging in a segregating mindset that eventually is going to sink us all. Past that, we are not the same, and that is great, diversity great.

Beautiful quotes:
“Nobody made a greater mistake than he who did nothing because he could do only a little.”
Edmund Burke

“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed people can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.”
Margaret Mead

"Paciencia, y en el culo resistencia"

***** My No-no's, born from dubious experiences *****

1. NO SMOKERS PLEASE. I can't handle cigarette smoke, it makes me dizzy, weak, gives me headaches and messes up my throat and lungs almost instantly.

2. I'm not really interested in the western idea of "partying" and getting drunk. I don't use money on alcoholic drinks. Drink and be happy, but I won't drink :)

3. I don't use CS as a dating site. Please save us the discomfort, do not invite me into your home with weird/hidden/unclear/disgusting intentions. Do your thing with other people and be happy, but I'm not one for that.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In the University of Life, CS has for me its own department, each person is a universe, and CS helps to meet people of entirely different backgrounds and natures.

My experience has been amazing and even life-changing, I have met such amazing people and enjoyed such nice moments, I am forever grateful to have met so many good-crazy people. I can't wait to be in position one day to host travellers too!
