Overview
About Me
Hey there! I’m Ajay, a professional wanderer, part-time philosopher, and full-time lover of spontaneous adventures. I believe the best way to see a new place is to get mildly lost, talk to strangers, and say “yes” to things I probably shouldn’t. My hobbies include eating street food with questionable safety ratings, trying to pack light (and failing), and making dad jokes in multiple languages.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because hotels are boring, and locals are way more interesting than guidebooks. I’m here to meet awesome people, swap travel stories, and learn how to say “cheers” in as many languages as possible. I also firmly believe that every couch has a story, and I’m here to be part of it—preferably without breaking it.
Interests
🌍 Getting lost in new cities (sometimes on purpose, sometimes not)
🍜 Trying local dishes—bonus points if it’s something I can’t pronounce
🎶 Creating the perfect travel playlist (open to music recommendations!)
🏕️ Hiking, camping, and pretending I know how to start a fire
🌊Doing random activities just to say I’ve tried them (River rafting, Bungee jumping, salsa dancing, almost everything except skydiving… for now)
📖 Reading maps like they’re mysterious treasure hunts—because, let’s be honest, sometimes they are

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
That time I accidentally ended up at a local wedding in Nepal because I followed the music and assumed it was a festival. Spoiler alert: I danced, I ate way too much, and I might have accidentally agreed to marry someone’s cousin.
Teach, Learn, Share
Laughter, travel stories, and possibly a home-cooked meal (disclaimer: quality may vary). I’m happy to help with chores, teach you a few words in a random language, or provide an endless stream of terrible jokes.
