Overview
About Me
Hi! I work as a Senior Engineer at General Motors, Bangalore.
I am a dual degree(b.tech+m.tech) graduate from IIT Bombay in mechanical engineering.
I am a fun seeking person. I like to throw my body parts sometimes at music, people call it Dance( not very skillful at it though :P).
I like to learn something new every day. I constantly try to improve myself(I have been given the title of self-awared individual, I laugh at it though :D). I love traveling to unconventional and not-so-commercialized places.
I am immensely interested in sports(Fedal is my favourite). I am looking to do my higher studies in biomechanics/sports engineering.
I am a bit of environmentalist and I think everyone should hug a tree sometimes :D
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet new people
I would like to know about their journey and experiences in life.
And yes who doesn't want to about different culture :)
Interests
I love running and occasionally run marathons.
I also like to play tennis. Basically, I love sports and the challenges involved it.
I also try my hand at sketching sometimes
I just came back from my trip to Himachal, seeing the people there I have been reading about spirituality recently. So I am exploring meditation and yoga currently
Music, Movies, and Books
Movies- the wild, seven years in Tibet, into the wild, rocky
Books-the monk who sold his Ferrari, Born to Run
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
We were a bunch of friends, hiking to a cave through the forest. We lost the path and it was already beginning to get dark. And in that area leopards were sighted in the past.We were roaming around the forest to get the correct path but we kept coming back to the same place many times. Fortunately we found the way and reached the top at midnight after 3 hours of hiking. That was one of the thrilling experiences I had.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am not sure how good of a teacher I am but if you are interested in some sport I would be happy to help.
I am learning to cook. I know how to make some Indian curry and bread. I would like to try my hand at different cuisines.
If you practice yoga and meditation I would like to get some tips from you
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am a fun person so we are bound to have a good time together. I have been known to be a good cook so I can help you out in cooking.
I can talk about food and exercise for hours :D
Oh yes I can teach you headstand(sirsasana) once you are done with that we can learn handstand together! Cheers :D
