Dedicating part of my time to writing, practising and teaching yoga, and creating meaningful experiences. Apart from letting my beginner mind absorb knowledge, my current mission is about creating more initiatives socially to see the future we want to see. Therefore, you'll see me very active here!
Reach me out if you're interested in coming to any of my events whether it's for Yoga Lessons or Open Debates! :) I'm a 200h certified Ashtanga Teacher and someone quite informed about the current circumstance regarding climate change, plastic pollution & politics so I can tell you all of the experiences would be very dedicated to be meaningful.
Some people say my instinctive approach gave me an open-minded and analytical mind, but that's something I can't prove myself.
Love vs. fear and understanding vs. judgment.

Music, Movies, and Books
Classical music connects people all over the world, transcending culture, race, and generations. It inspires and evokes emotions and thoughts in a way no other art form can:
Franz Schubert, Shigeru Umebayashi, Yann Tiersen, Ludovico Einaudi
Big fan of short movies and documentaries,
'Human' by Yann Arthus-Bertrand, among one of the most beautiful pieces ever seen, give it a watch on Youtube if you can, you won't regret it ;-D https://goo.gl/Eg8X8w

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Reading a book about the cultural background from every different nationality I cross path with! I find it a wholesome activity in which rather by the author or the historical piece... there's a step closer to that culture.
So far I've read the following books from:
- [ ] Swiss-Germany: Beresina oder Die letzten Tage der Schweiz
- [ ] Poland: Pan Tadeusz
- [ ] Argentina: Divertidas aventuras del nieto de Juan Moreira
I started not so long ago this challenge, so please, feel free to share with me an author/book which narrates some piece of your country ;-))
