Hey there, my name is Alex and I'm here to share
A little bit about myself and what I like to do out there
I'm a curious soul, always looking to explore
And through Couchsurfing, I've met some crazy people, that's for sure!

I roam the world and seek new lands,
From Brazil 🇧🇷 , Bask Country 🇪🇸 to the city grand,
Paris 🇫🇷 , Dallas 🇺🇸 , Munich 🇩🇪 , all have graced my feet,
✈️But now I'm on a sabbatical (2023) , a year in Asia I'll meet.

I've traveled far and wide before,
✈️A sabbatical trip in South America (2010) , I did explore,
But now I'm back to see the world anew,
And Couchsurfing allows me to experience it all, it's true.

I've had some wild flatmates, all thanks to this platform
Each one with a story, a personality, and a charm
I love how Couchsurfing connects you with the world
And introduces you to people you never would have met, it's a swirl!

2023 Sabbatical : I’m currently traveling long term (8 months ) , I will be traveling in South East Asia & Australia

Experimenting different lifestyles : downshifting , FI - FIRE movement , self sustainability ...and a pinch of YOLO.

ABOUT ME

I'm a curious individual who is always looking to learn new things and try out new experiences. I've lived in a variety of countries including Spain, Brazil, France, the United States, and Germany.
In recent years, I've spent a lot of time living and working in co-housing and co-working projects in the Canary Islands, where I've had the opportunity to really dive into the digital nomad lifestyle.
I'm always looking for new ways to live , am currently exploring the downshifting and FIRE (financial independence, retire early) movements.
I hope to meet new people and learn from others through Couchsurfing!

I like cooking for me and my friends, open air activities , daylong BBQs, chill , sunset evenings with special people sipping good wine , Sailing whenever possible , travelling by Van and discover new places , camping & waking up in the nature , hiking , surfing ... I'm planning to build my own Van .

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I first joined for curiosity , then I stayed because of the great people I met.

I traveled all around Europe , i backpacked 6 months in South America and I have been hosted many times and I met many CSers., as well i'm planning a 8 months trip in Asia where i hope to meet many more.

I lived (and hosted many CSers) in Spain,Brazil,France ,USA and Germany
