Anything is fun with the right company. I'm a native Icelander, born and raised. I started by converting my station car in a camper and was driving around the country sightseeing, hiking, mountain biking and adventuring while working remotely and hosting couchsurfers and people I meet in hostels since the beginning of June 2021

In November of 2021 I sold everything I own and bought a Ford Transit 148" cargo van which I spent the following months converting into a campervan. I have started living out of the van and hosting people again to bring them on trips with me, although the van isn't finished yet, it's good enough for now and I just stop over a weekend and continue the work on it when I feel like it.

Looking for travel partners internationally, trying to meet new adventurous people. It just so happens that the type of personality I match with the best are travelers so meeting new friends on here is the best quality of people I know.

Life is too short for small talk, let's jump right into the deep conversations about life and enjoy like we've known each other for years.

The amount of good experiences I've had with people from couchsurfers and hostels alike are simply too many to ignore.

Hiked from downtown Reykjavík to Grindavík (60km) while completely unprepared and still a beginner at hiking.
Guided snowmobiling tours on Langjökull glacier in Iceland.
Hiked one mountain every day for 60 days.
Hiked multiple glaciers.
Sold everything I own to move into a campervan.

I can share fun stories, companionship and adventures with hosts. Always going with the flow. If it makes for a good story, I'm up for it whatever it is.

Usually when I host people I take them in trips in my campervan, as such you don't need to worry about accommodation, guided tours or car rental while staying with me.
I don't expect you to pay for fuel or food, although it's always a nice gesture.
The way I look at these trips is that I'm not doing this "for" my surfers, I would be doing these things whether you come or not, I just enjoy them more with good company and surely the benefit of getting a free private tour isn't too bad for the surfers.
