Hi, I’m Alex! I’m a 20-year-old university student studying Mathematics at the University of Warwick. I’ve always been curious about the world and love learning new languages, discovering different cultures, and meeting people from all kinds of backgrounds. Outside of studying, I enjoy playing guitar, playing badminton, and exploring new places. I’m someone who loves good conversations, sharing stories, and learning from the experiences of others. This year, my goal is to travel to as many countries as possible and experience the world beyond just the typical tourist spots. I’m excited to meet locals, try new things, and create unforgettable memories along the way. Looking forward to connecting with people, exchanging cultures, and hopefully sharing some great moments together!

One Amazing Thing I've Done
I once had a day that felt like an entire adventure packed into a few unforgettable hours. It started at 2 a.m., when I set out into the quiet countryside of China on an electric scooter—my first time ever riding one. The roads were empty and unfamiliar, but somehow we made it just in time to watch the sunrise in the beautiful town of Yangshuo. The journey didn’t go entirely smoothly—we ran out of battery on the way back. Still, we managed to find a random roadside shack where we could recharge and carry on. Later, we discovered a stretch of incredibly calm water and went for a swim. It might not have been officially allowed, but the peaceful setting and stunning views made it feel worth the risk. As the day went on, we searched for the perfect sunset spot, failing twice before finally getting it right. On our third attempt, we found ourselves at a quiet temple perched on top of a mountain. By chance, the colors of the temple perfectly matched the clothes of a friend I had made along the way. It felt like everything had come together in that moment—an entire day of spontaneity, small setbacks, and unexpected beauty.
